- 130gr spaghettoni 412 de cecco (spaghettoni from de cecco)
- 1 bustina zafferano (a pinch of saffron)
- 2 salsicce di norcia (sausages from Norcia)
- olio evo (extra virgin olive oil)
- sale qb (salt)
- 1 carciofo (artichoke)
- 50 gr pecorino
- 1 spicchio d'aglio (a clove of garlic)
- mezzo bicchiere di vino bianco (1/2 a glass of white wine)
