Ingredients:
500g All-purpose flour
5 Eggs
75g Sourdough starter

Instructions:
Mix and knead the ingredients until the dough is smooth and elastic.
Let it rest for 30 minutes (covered).
Using a Marcato pasta machine, roll the dough gradually down to setting 9 (paper-thin).
Cut into "cérnametélt" (angel hair) strands using the fine cutter attachment.🙂
