Ingredients:
-1/2 Cup Fat-Free Cottage Cheese (113g)
-1/4 Cup All-Purpose Flour (34g)
-1 Large Eggs
-1/2 Cup Part-Skim Mozzarella (56g)
-30g Pizza Sauce
-16 Turkey Pepperoni Slices (28g)
-1 Tbsp Italian Seasoning
-1/2 tsp Baking Powder

Instructions:
1.) Preheat oven to 400°F and line baking sheet.
2.) Mix cottage cheese, eggs, seasoning, flour, baking powder, and some mozzarella.
3.) Form 4 rounds; top with sauce, remaining mozzarella, and pepperoni.
4.) Bake 16–20 min until set and golden.
