Ingredients:
• Shredded lettuce
• Salami
• Pepperoni
• Ham
• Provolone cheese
• Tomatoes
• Purple onion
• Pepperoncini peppers
• About ½ cup mayonnaise
• Olive oil
• Red wine vinegar
• Salt & pepper
• Sub rolls (or enjoy it as a salad!)
Directions:
1️⃣ Throw some shredded lettuce on your cutting board and top with salami, pepperoni, ham, provolone, tomatoes, purple onion, and pepperoncini peppers—then chop it all up.
2️⃣ Toss your chopped mixture into a mixing bowl and add about ½ cup of mayonnaise, a little olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, and pepper.
3️⃣ Mix everything together until well combined, then spoon onto your favorite sub rolls—or skip the bread and enjoy it as a salad!
4️⃣ ENJOY!
