Literally the only difference is that Europeans walk everywhere. Eat breakfast, spend all day sitting and eat lunch, spend all afternoon sitting and then have pizza for dinner follow that up with spending the rest of your night sitting. If you do that in Europe you also feel like crap.
People always bring up the chemicals that are allowed in the US but not Europe. Maybe that would matter for dominos or something but dominos in Europe is also crap and makes you feel like shit after. Good Italian restaurants in the US are often using imported Italian flour, tomato’s etc there’s no crazy chemicals in a decent NY slice that there isn’t in a Neapolitan pizza. Once again… just walk more. I now live in Brazil where we ale drive everywhere and I feel more bloated and gained weight.

A big part of it is that Pizza in Italy sucks it's like a piece of bread with a teaspoon of tomato sauce one piece of mozzarella and a basil leaf 😂

This pseudo science is hilarious.
They have walkable cities, we don't, that's why non Americans are thin. It has little to do with food, and a lot to do with inactivity.
