๐ฟ Rice Paper Pizza Bites (Air Fryer)
Makes: 8โ10 bites
๐งบ Ingredients
โข 8โ10 rice paper sheets
โข ยฝ cup pizza sauce (check my page for homemade recipe)
โข ยพ cup finely chopped veggies:
โข Red bell pepper
โข Yellow bell pepper
โข Green bell pepper
โข Air-fried onions (finely chopped)
โข 1 tbsp black olives (optional)
โข 1 tsp crushed roasted garlic
โข 1 cup mozzarella cheese (or any cheese of your choice)

โข Italian seasoning
โข Oregano
โข Chilli flakes
โข Salt to taste

๐ฉโ๐ณ Instructions
1. Prepare the filling
In a bowl, mix all the chopped veggies, roasted garlic, spices, salt, and cheese. Mix well.
2. Prepare rice paper
Dip each rice paper sheet quickly in warm water (donโt soak).
Place it on a wooden board and let it soften for a few seconds.
3. Assemble
โข Add 1 tbsp pizza sauce
โข Add 1 tbsp filling
โข Fold tightly into a bite (as shown in the video)
4. Air fry
โข Preheat air fryer at 200ยฐC for 3 minutes
โข Air fry at 200ยฐC for 12 minutes (flip halfway)
