๐ŸŒฟ Rice Paper Pizza Bites (Air Fryer)

Makes: 8โ€“10 bites

๐Ÿงบ Ingredients
โ€ข 8โ€“10 rice paper sheets
โ€ข ยฝ cup pizza sauce (check my page for homemade recipe)
โ€ข ยพ cup finely chopped veggies:
โ€ข Red bell pepper
โ€ข Yellow bell pepper
โ€ข Green bell pepper
โ€ข Air-fried onions (finely chopped)
โ€ข 1 tbsp black olives (optional)
โ€ข 1 tsp crushed roasted garlic
โ€ข 1 cup mozzarella cheese (or any cheese of your choice)

๐ŸŒถ๏ธ Spices
โ€ข Italian seasoning
โ€ข Oregano
โ€ข Chilli flakes
โ€ข Salt to taste

๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿณ Instructions
1. Prepare the filling
In a bowl, mix all the chopped veggies, roasted garlic, spices, salt, and cheese. Mix well.
2. Prepare rice paper
Dip each rice paper sheet quickly in warm water (donโ€™t soak).
Place it on a wooden board and let it soften for a few seconds.
3. Assemble
โ€ข Add 1 tbsp pizza sauce
โ€ข Add 1 tbsp filling
โ€ข Fold tightly into a bite (as shown in the video)
4. Air fry
โ€ข Preheat air fryer at 200ยฐC for 3 minutes
โ€ข Air fry at 200ยฐC for 12 minutes (flip halfway)
