Followed J Kenji Lopez same day dough, except I used KA bread flour.
Pizza steel in oven. Half at 525 bake and half on 525 broil (that is max on my oven).
Made sauce from some DOP crushed tomatos. 400 ml in magic bullet and 400 ml straight up. Added some tomato paste as well. S&P, oregano, and sugar in sauce.
Sausage is mild Italian venison sausage from my deer harvest last year.
