Took a stab at Detroit style. I think I need to put more cheese on the outer edges to really get the crust. Was scared it would stick to the pan too badly, but the new nonstick tray I got seems like it could handle it next time!

Was really happy with the crumb at least, went with 85% hydration dough and plan to try pushing it even further next time.

Made on pepperoni, one with veggie sausage for my vegetarian friend.

    Looks awesome! I personally would go heavier on the sauce on top but that just me.

    I use Lloyd pans and I can say they can definitely handle the cheese melt around the rim
