Cheesy Hashbrown Casserole 🧀🥔
The ultimate cozy side dish… creamy, cheesy, and always a crowd favorite! Perfect for Easter, potlucks, or Sunday dinner.
Ingredients:
• 1 can cream of celery or cream of mushroom soup
• 1 pint sour cream
• ½ cup chopped onion
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp black pepper
• ½ cup melted butter
• 2 cups shredded cheese
• 1 bag frozen hashbrowns
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a large bowl (or right in your casserole dish), mix everything together until well combined.
Spread evenly in a greased casserole dish.
Bake for 1 hour, until hot and bubbly.
Serves: 12–15

  2. For gluten free,substitute the cream soup with 8 oz.cream cheese and some chicken or veggie bouillon or base .sometimes need to add a little more liquid.

  3. We always intentionally use the O'Brien potatoes but not the shredded the chunk ones like breakfast, potatoes. And also use golden mushroom soup, cream of chicken and a lot more seasonings. LOL usually I am powder, garlic powder, paprika, little bit of Tony's Cajun seasoning, chopped up actual celery And a little bit of dried thyme.
    It's crazy how many different variations there are on this one dish. They all eat pretty good though

  4. One of my favorites. They have been nicknamed either wedding potatoes, or funeral potatoes around here! Like calling them holiday potatoes, or church potluck potatoes better. Praying blessings over you two!
