i ordered a caeser salad at my local italian restaurant and this is what i got, i was expecting a classic creamy dressing caesar salad and when i questioned them, they insisted this is the italian style caesar salad, so i was wondering if there's a different variation of caesar salad(the dressing is not creamy btw, taste like sour/balsamic dressing?) like the one in the photo. please enlighten me, thank you!
