Here are three pizzas I made today. Homemade sauce and dough. The white pizza has caramelized onions, lemon ricotta, pecorino Romano cheese, mozzarella, sesame seeded crust, and is finished with fresh parsley. The others are a basic pepperoni and cheese with olive. All made on an Ooni Koda 16.
