Not the first time and so frustrating. While trying to get the pizza out of the oven, the middle of the pizza ripped. Any tips to prevent this?

Other than that, I did sauce on top, half pepperoni. Came out pretty good, except for the whole in the middle.

    Stretched too thin in spots, work on your stretch

    Not enough gluten, sauce moisture ripped through thinner dough, work on your knead

    Something on your stone, steal, in the oven that requires scrapping or cleaning – to reduce friction/tearing/sticking

    I had that problem when stretching my dough too thin in the center. Just pulling it wider near the crust and barely stretching in the center (center gets stretched automatically this way for me) solved it.
    Ain’t perfect but good enough.
