You two are people after my own heart, eat a little, ask for to go boxes, and eat them later at home. They seem to taster better when you do that. Especially with wine, or a Stella beer. That pizza, as good as it is right now, will taste much better 4 hours later as a snack.
Look into the process of how they make veal. It's a little sad.
Veal is calf meat that has been fed milk only diet. That's why its the color it is. They are fed nothing else.

A lot of people don't eat veal because of the cruelty that the baby cow has to endure for its tenderness. They are forced to stand in a tight container their whole short life.
