📝 Ingredients:
• 5 ripe tomatoes
• 1 tbsp tomato paste
• 2–3 cloves garlic
• 3 tbsp olive oil
• Salt & black pepper (to taste)
• ½ tsp thyme
• ½ tsp red pepper powder (or chili)
• 200 g cream cheese (or ricotta / grated mozzarella)
• ½ cup milk or cream
• 250 g pasta
• 1 tbsp ketchup (optional – for color & slight sweetness)
Optional:
• Fresh basil
• Parmesan
• Chili flakes

👨🍳 Instructions:
1. Score an “X” on the bottom of each tomato, boil briefly, then peel and chop them.
2. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
3. Add the chopped tomatoes and tomato paste, mix well.
4. Season with salt, pepper, thyme, and red pepper. Let it simmer until slightly thickened.
5. Add the cheese and milk/cream, stir until smooth and creamy.
6. Cook the pasta separately, drain it, and add it to the sauce.
7. Mix well and finish with optional toppings like basil, parmesan, or chili flakes.
