

I love the margherita, but i do want to experiment with some different ideas! What are your recommendations? I never tried burrata or anything really too interesting. I have an Ooni now so I can cook at high temps, which has changed the game.
I've made many NY style pizzas with different topping combos but Neapolitan recipes seem a lot more complex. Let me know what you guys got up your sleeves!
