Grew up with this style of pizza and it’s one of my favorite foods, moved across the country and had to learn how to make it to satisfy my cravings. Simple tomato sauce, 100% white cheddar, chicken thigh meat. Was unfortunately missing a nice blue cheese dipping sauce but was delicious without it anyways.
