We are going to cook our thinly sliced chicken fillets in a pan, and then we are going to side them with some great mushrooms gently fried with garlic, rosemary and a touch of chili.
This recipe is quick, easy and tasty on the wallet as well as your palate! No more excuses not to cook again!

Chicken Fillets – RECIPE
Prep Time: 5 mins
Cook Time: 15 mins
Complexity: Easy
Ingredients (4 people):
4 chicken fillets
250gr mushrooms
50gr flour
garlic
rosemary
1 lemon
1/2 chili
salt and pepper
Procedure:
1) If your mushrooms are quite big, slice them in smaller pieces;
2) Pour some oil in a pan, and get the mushrooms to gently fry in there with some garlic and rosemary;
3) Take the chicken fillets, coat them in flour (mixed with pepper);
4) In another pan, pour abundant oil and then place the coated chicken fillets;
5) Cook for a 4-5 minutes each side and serve immediately;
6) ENJOY!
ITALIAN FOOD BOSS SPECIAL TIP: Add salt to the mushrooms at the very end of your cooking procedure, otherwise they’ll release unwanted liquid.
