

New here, just wanted to share a couple i made today. Caputo NY, 63% Hydration, 2% olive oil, 2.5% Kosher salt, 1.5g IDY.
Cold fermented for 65 hours and baked in Gozney Arc XL.
First one is a BBQ Supreme (Mrs loves BBQ sauce haha). Second is Pepperoni, onion, ricotta, hot honey and basil.
