Low Carb Frozen Cheesecake Balls~ Easy Cast Iron Care | Weightloss Tips
Company Creamy Chicken for 6
Slice three large chicken breasts in half longwise.
Place on greased cookie sheet. Season chicken.
Salt, onion and garlic powder, Italian seasoning.
Combine 1 1/2 c sour cream, 1 c finely grated parm cheese, 2T ranch style dressing (or make your own as in video) mix well in bowl.
Layer a 1/2 slice of cheese (your choice) on top of each breast. I used provolone)
Add small pieces cream cheese on top of the cheese.
Spread creamy mixture over top of each breast.
Add lots of freshly grated mild cheddar on top of each breast.
Bake 350 till golden and cheese is melted-about 35 min. Check for doneness.
