


I’m normally not a big fan of Detroit style pizza but every time I go to Denver, I go to blue pan pizza and it rocks my frickin socks off. I’ve tried several recipes, even ones that say it’s from Jeff Smokevitch himself.
How tf do I get it light, airy, and super fluffy like Jeff’s pizza at blue pan and brown dog?
Mine just comes out dense. The taste gets better every time I try but I need that texture from blue pan pizza.
