📝 Ingredients:
• 4–5 Bread slices
• ½ cup Mozzarella cheese (finely chopped / grated)
• 2 tbsp Tomato ketchup
• 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
• 1 tbsp Tandoori mayo
• Paneer cubes
• Capsicum (chopped)
• Onion (chopped)
• Sweet corn
• Chilli flakes
• Oregano / Mixed herbs
• Butter (optional, for brushing)

👩‍🍳 Method:
1. Cut the bread slices into triangles.
2. Arrange them in a circular shape on baking paper.
3. In a bowl, mix tomato ketchup, mayonnaise, and tandoori mayo to make a creamy pizza sauce.
4. Spread this sauce evenly over the bread slices.
5. Add a generous layer of mozzarella cheese.
6. Top with paneer cubes, capsicum, onion, and sweet corn.
7. Sprinkle chilli flakes and oregano/mixed herbs on top.
