Powdered sugar 4 Tbsp
Double cream 390ml
Mascarpone 250grams is the correct measurement (Sorry in the video it says 250ml)
2 Tbsp Strong coffe granules
1 Packet Lady finger/mascarpone biscuit
300 Ml hot water
Cocoa powder for dusting
