  1. Looks wonderful, like a gigantic Irish hug. I did something new w/ my cabbage this year. I shredded it, tossed it w/ some salt & 1 tsp of sugar, after 30 min I squeezed out the liquid. Then I stir fried it in Irish butter w/ sliced green onion, grated green apple & white wine vinegar. Parts of it got browned. Omg we devoured it!!!! ❤❤

  3. I’m Irish and my ex is Puerto Rican so I used to take the St. Patrick’s Day leftovers and make empanadas. Serve with mustard and OMG!!!
