  1. Nothing new here… invention? Invention out of necessity when all you have is ketchup and a few things in the fridge. Yeah, we grew up having this when Mom needed to make a quick meal ❤🎉

  2. Japanese ketchup has a fresher tomato quality and isn't spiced as heavily. If you want a more authentic experience, I'd cut some of the ketchup for some neutral tomato product like sauce/passata/paste.
