Have been making pizza for about a month now at home. Still a ton of practice to go and eventually would like to work at a pizzeria and fingers crossed open my own up one day. Any pieces of advice?

    Looks great – honestly – but looks like you spilled a bottle of olive oil all over it after you took it out. What happened? Otherwise you’ve nailed NY style.

    Less is more. This looks like you dunked the whole pizza in a vat of oil. Finishing oil should be used sparingly.

    I’d forego the olive oil if it was me. Just my personal preference. Apart from that I’d 100% eat it. Looks good.
