Ingredients:
For the dough:
Plain yogurt (unsweetened) — 120 ml (8 tbsp)
Egg — 50 g (about 3 tbsp) (or egg yolk — 18 g / 1 tbsp)
Butter — 100 g (7 tbsp)
Flour — 260 g (17 tbsp)
Baking powder — 5 g (1 tsp)
Salt — 1 g (a pinch / 1/8 tsp)

Filling:
Raisins — 50 g (3 tbsp)
Sugar — 40 g (3.5 tbsp)
Nuts — 50–60 g (4–5 tbsp, chopped)
Egg white — 30 g (2 tbsp)
For finishing:
• Powdered sugar — for dusting
Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 20 minutes
