I made some New York style pizza dough and some Neapolitan pizza dough for tonight. We are four weeks in on pizza-making and working on shaping, but this is as round as we've gotten to date! Made a couple cheese and garlic, a Margherita, and a garlic, cheese and pesto. Tasted great…super happy with this oven.
