This is the same dough recipe as before, 24 hours in the fridge, its still really sticky and difficult to move but the semolina really helped. I got mozzarella this time and shredded it, which was more trouble. I have seen people dice it on here so will try that next time. This is tandoori chicken, tinned tomatoes with garlic and oregano. Chicken was cooked beforehand. I think the crust and base was way better cooked than last time, still a bit pale in places but I'm learning as I go.
