Ingredients
• Chicken – 4 breast pieces, chopped into small pieces
• Basic spices for chicken – salt, black pepper, any preferred seasoning
• Butter – for sautéing garlic and making sauce
• Garlic – 3–4 cloves, finely chopped
• All-purpose flour (Maida) – 2 cups
• Water – 3 cups
• Milk powder – 1 pack (or equivalent milk)
• Chicken powder – as per taste
• Salt – to taste
• Chili flakes – as per taste
• Pasta – boiled, amount as per serving
• Cheese – for topping before serving

Steps
1. Marinate & Fry Chicken
• Chop chicken into small pieces.
• Marinate with basic spices.
• Fry until golden and cooked. Remove and set aside.
2. Prepare White Sauce
• In the same pan, melt butter.
• Sauté chopped garlic in the butter until aromatic.
• Add 2 cups of flour and 3 cups of water, mixing well.
• Add milk powder, chicken powder, salt, and chili flakes.
• Cook until the sauce thickens slightly.
3. Combine Pasta & Chicken
• Add cooked pasta into the sauce.
• Mix in the fried chicken.
4. Serve & Garnish
• Dish out the pasta into serving bowls.
• Sprinkle cheese on top.
• Microwave for 2 minutes to melt the cheese.
5. Enjoy your creamy white sauce pasta!
