    Thank you for sharing your Italian Pineapple Lemon desert. I have made similar desserts and I can tell this is a good one as a pastry chef.
    I hope you don’t mind a tip; instead of adding the cornstarch as you did, take about a 1/2 cup of the filling and mix the cornstarch in like a slurry as if you were making gravy. Then add it to the filling. It will mix in easier and no clumps.
