



Hi all! I've been making pizza in my roccbox and arc for years and I've gotten into sort of a rut.
I use pizzapp generally, money recipes sometimes. I always end up with that sort of neo-classic puffy corniccione and very thin inside and I want something… less classy?
I want what I see most frequently called parlor style – think chain restaurants, red plastic cups, birthday parties, etc. Anyone got any recommendations on places to start with recipes or fundamental technique differences? I'm tryna outpizza the hut.
