Dough from scratch. Sauce from scratch. Was Portobello & Cipollini Onion pizza. Fresh mozzarella & parm. Was literally doing the very last cut, and pushed down on the part of the cutting board which was hanging over the edge of the counter. Pain.

It’s a small kitchen, reclaim that countertop!
