Every day I get so many emails and comments asking why you can’t locate the music I use or find it using Shazam. I purchase music licenses for almost all the music you hear in my videos. I buy them them from various royalty-free production music sites and most of the time they don’t list the performer because it’s music made only for film productions with an audio watermark throughout the entire track, unless you purchase the single-use license for $50-100 per track. I use a lot of opera so often I’ll reference the opera but I won’t be able to direct you to a recording of that specific performance that you could stream or buy on iTunes or Spotify. Hope that clears things up and thank you for appreciating quality music.

Both your boys learned to talk so early & so well. Love listening to their little voices & their curiosity of life. ❤
THE WORD OF GOD SAYS COME TO ME ALL THAT ARE HEAVY LADEN, & I WILLGIVE YOU REST, OUR LORD JESUS DESIRES FOR US YO SEEK HIM FOR ALL OR NEEDS, NOT negating eating healthy, excise etc. But if we seek Him all things will come to light
I loved this episode! Thank you for sharing this with us xx
Every person has their ages and stages in life. I’ve recently found deeper and longer sleeps ( while still turning once or twice a night) by taking creatine monhydrate at bedtime. Explore for yourself.
Thank you Kylie – just wonderful to watch and listen to. È buona – Gianfranco food lover! Good to be real Kylie – if you are still having sleep issues due to feeding then it's ok to say so for sure.
Hi Kylie! Can you share the recipe you used for your dukkah? I went back and watched your video where you made it, but you don't mention how much for each spice/nut, so I want to make sure I have the ratios right for it. Thank you! <3 I love your recipe videos!
Love to see a glorious spring day! 🌸🌱🌼💝
Thank you for another beautiful video. The food you make is amazing. Sleep deprivation is such a struggle. I hope you find some relief soon.
Very beautiful episode, kylie. You covered a lot of territory in this video. Much enjoyed. Thank you
Poor thing. It’s a terrible, awful feeling not to sleep. You look pretty good for not sleeping. Try to watch those videos on how to lower cortisol. Or, just say, that’s the way it is for you. Perhaps, you inherited it from family. Have a beautiful day there.
Was the caffeine you were drinking before possibly affecting Rafaello's staying awake at night? I couldn't have any caffeine when I was nursing because it would definitely keep my son awake. I hope your sleeping situation improves for you!
Kylie, you're looking a bit extra glowy! 😘 Tis' the season! 😊
I've had insomnia since my son was born…..42 yrs ago…….it does NOT get easier as one gets older…
When you don't sleep you feel like you're the only one. It doesn't help that all over the internet everyone stresses how critical sleep is to our health and longevity. Yet, I look at my dad who never slept and lived until 88 and then I hear about your mom and your neighbor and I don't feel so alone in this insomnia.
I love watching you cook, and I'm inspired to track the number of whole foods and spices I eat in a day. You're always inspiring Kylie!
Ciao Kylie! I'm going to start listing the foods in my meals to see what I (and my family) are eating. I find the prospect inspiring! The baby giggles are the best 😂❤ and as a mom I know that both things can be true at the same time; wanting sleep but also enjoying the time with your lil'one. Hope you're enjoying your weekend!😊
I think the Okinwans in the blue zone eat at least 15 fruits and veggie every day. I don't eat breakfast ( just not hungry) but every day I have a salad with about 7 different veggies and fresh herbs. Often I include seasonal veggie or some sprouts. My fav sprout which I grow in a jar is French lentil sprouts. Believe it or not they have a nutty flavor. Dinner time I always have at least one other veggie or sautéed mixed veggies. I love how you simply make a sugar free jam. Nutritious food in not only good for the body, but Indian spirituality says that it goes to nourish the mind. Spring means different things to different people in different part of the world. Here on Cape Cod there is still several feet of snow on the grown due to some many blizzard. The last one caused power outage for 200,000 of us. I spent 4 days without heat, hot water, electricity, internet, and a car locked in my garage. Our most cold spring also last very long. We call the weather in months, March, March, March, June. Seeing you outside in the sunshine reminds me of what to look forward to. Love to see how you plant your herbs…I'm the only Italian who cannot grow basil.
Kylie, I am the same as you, I absolutely love coffee but I also don’t want to be addicted to anything. For years now, I enjoy organic Swiss water processed decaf coffee. I love the dark roast. I grind my beans fresh and use my Italian mocha pot to make the most delicious cup of coffee. I just have one cup and I savor every sip. There is no caffeine addiction. I can go without it and have no withdrawal. My youngest is 11 years old, and I’ve been doing this since my two little boys were babies. This is the perfect way to still enjoy your coffee but not be addicted or have the stimulants! ☕️
KYLIE … you need to buy a hand blender so much faster to make mayo!
KYLIE! Have you ever smoked salmon or meat?
♥️♥️♥️
I have been going through wake ups in the middle of the night now since Covid and it comes some times at 1:30 am 2:30 or 3:00 I just can't win and I am still working full time. I am left dragging at the end of the day.
Cortisol plays a role in menopausal stage.
🌟🌠🐱thank you and your family for everything
I used to be like that – cooking with conscientious effort – but the lack of appreciation and the complaints killed it. I don't think I am alone in this experience.
Eating Dominos fast food while watching this feels wrong somehow 😆 I’ll be sure to get some vegetables in me soon!! 🥕 Everything looks scrumptious as ever Kylie 😋 the boys and Guido are so blessed to have you. Sending all my empathy re the insomnia too, it’s so painfully frustrating!! 💓
I can imagine how wonderful an experience eating each of these meals must be… meals that make you grateful to be alive and support our health. Especially the breakfast! Thank you for sharing.
I am studying materials now to start an anti-inflammatory eating plan which is very much connected to gut biome. I suffer from chronic inflammation and am wanting to get away from medications. Thank you for this segment as it is encouraging me even more to do this holistically. Beautiful video as always!
Those of us that are energy sensitive have a harder time sleeping. Theres a lot that goes on at night maybe its EMF from electricity, spiritual stuff etc. Im a health oriented person & decided to take sleep aids. Consistent lack of sleep causes more health issues than processed foods ever will.
It's so nice picking what you eat fresh I don't have a garden but I grow herbs on window have no outside space but walk through park on way to work it keeps me grounded nature Is the best thing you can connect to🐝🌼🐝
Hi Kylie, My allergist/asthma doctor told me we carry a lot of pollen and other allergens in our hair. Good tip is to wash your hair before bed so not transferred to pillowcase and wear hair pulled back away from face…or even cover ie hat, nice scarf..Good luck
Have a nice week!
Lovely again to spend time with you your babies
I recall reading a sleep study that suggested not getting stressed out because you can't sleep. It said to get up and do things as if it was daylight until you feel sleepy again. I bake bread or make jams at night. Some of us have different sleep cycles. I find that taking magnesium glycinate at night helps me stay asleep longer.
I could tell when you paused in the kitchen making the soup, and by the look in your eyes, that you were about to have a sit down with us and make me cry. Love you so much from afar. Thank you for your breathtaking videos. That soup was a masterpiece.
I’m still in the beginning of the video and you seem you have a lot on your mind. Please don’t feel obligated to share publicly, but please call a trusted friend or family member to vent. ❤ Us ladies get it.
Wishing you the absolute best!
You might want to give ayurveda a try. It's very specific to symptoms and body constitution.
I feel ya. Youngest didn't sleep for 2 years. I was a danger to myself and others.
I truly loved watching this. Thank you for your honesty. God bless you and your family ❤.
Hello Kylie, je t’ai boostée ! Merci pour tes conseils et belle journée ❤
You’ve got me on sour dough bread every morning and although I don’t bake it myself i have found a local vendor . I must say it has become something I so look forward to! ❤
You look so healthy and beautiful and no eye bags or dark eyes.
Your children have a fab chance to life with a loving mum, healthy lifestyle and good food
