One-Pan Creamy Tagliatelle

No boiling, no mess — everything cooks in ONE pan and turns into the creamiest pasta ever 🤍 Inspired by @dr.vegan Ingredients 4–5 nests tagliatelle 8–10 cherry tomatoes (halved) 1 small onion (sliced) 2 garlic cloves (sliced) 1 handful fresh basil 1/2 tsp parsley 1/2 tsp oregano 1/2 tsp chilli flakes 3 tbsp olive oil 2 tsp passata 1 pack heavy cream Hot stock water or hot water (to almost cover pasta) Salt & black pepper Parmesan to sprinkle

Steps 1️⃣ Add the pasta to a large pan 2️⃣ Top with tomatoes, onion, garlic & basil 3️⃣ Add passata, olive oil & spices 4️⃣ Pour in cream + hot (stock) water 5️⃣ Cover & cook until the pasta softens 6️⃣ Open the lid & simmer 2–3 mins until creamy 7️⃣ Sprinkle parmesan & enjoy 😋
