Ingredients list
2lbs 96/4 lean beef
1lbs of lean turkey sausage
1 pack of turkey pepperoni (198g)
10 servings 2% Mexican 4 cheese
10 servings 30 calorie pizza sauce
120 1/3 less fat cream cheese
Salt, garlic powder, onion powder, basil leaves.

instructions
1. Cook up your beef in your turkey sausage and one pan
Season with the following
5g garlic powder
5g onion powder
4g basil leaves

2. Boil your pasta.
3. Cut up your pepperonis.
4. Once everything is cooked at the following to a pan.
Your beef and sausage
Your pasta
Your pepperoni
120g 1/3 fat less cream cheese
280g fat recuded me I am 4 cheese
560g low calorie/soumi pizza sauce

6. Mix and place this into 10 meal prep containers and check out my

  1. I’m allergic to tomatoes and I’m having a really hard time finding meals that don’t have tomatoes in it, from one fat guy who wants to be a skinny guy, help me brother!

  2. A LOT of what goes into his concoctions is highly processed. eating so much meat is not good for you. if you care about anything other than gains, don't eat any of this slop regularly. certainly make it for dinner one night if you like. but dont make 20 portions and eat it twice a day.
