Hell yeah..
What temps are you able to get your oven to? Are you using a steel or a stone? I’ve been using some other pizza dough recipes as my “go tos” for some time, but I really do need to actually try Charlies. I’ve really enjoyed his content on YouTube over the past couple of years.
