Hey guys! Today I’m sharing my super quick and absolutely delicious Spicy Desi Style Macaroni that is packed with bold flavours and desi masala magic! 🤩
I started by heating 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan, then added 3–4 slit green chilies 🌶️ for that perfect kick! Next came chopped onions 🧅 and tomato puree 🍅, followed by 1½ tablespoon of ginger garlic paste for that rich, aromatic base. 🧄
Then I tossed in red chili sauce, dark sauce, and green chili sauce 🫙 along with 2 taste makers of Magic Masala ✨ and salt to taste. A generous spoon of tomato sauce 🍅 went in next, and finally the perfectly boiled macaroni was added and given a good stir! 🥄
The best part? I was fasting that day 😄 so I gave it to my sister to taste — and she loved it SO much that she went back for a second serving! 😍🙌 That’s the biggest compliment a cook can get!
