NO GARLIC???
I have tried his sauce, meatballs…this guy is a real chef!! I am a subscriber to his channel. I am sure his Bolognese is fantastic! Thank You Marco…keep em coming.
Looks delicious. I think a blender releases too much onion water into a soffrito, but’s probably fine here since you don’t want to brown anything. I love a little chicken fegato added but I’m not bolognese!
I’m making this tomorrow. Sometimes pancetta is way salty but I’ll trust you 😂
Thank you, Chef!
Ahaha sulla mappa Bologna era stata messa in Veneto
What was that spoonful that you added at the end?
💙💙💙
Travelled across Italy: Milan, Verona, Garda, Venice, Florence, Castiglioncello, Rome – can confirm – no one makes it the same way. How dare you not put garlic in 🙂
Bologna website calls for white wine instead of red. Is there a major difference?
Bravo 🇺🇲🇮🇹
Yep, recipe is correct
