The best of Italian food, and it’s “family.” Clara, the best friend of Anthony’s grandma, grew up in Chicago learning the craft of making award-winning Italian food. She started her own restaurant in Woodridge that has become a staple in that part of the southwest suburbs of the Windy City. Whenever Daddy and his mom visited Clara, he would bus tables and earn extra cash. On a visit to start our Chicago day in February 2020, that restaurant taught Little Man the art of making artisan pizza while feeding some of the best best Italian food either of us ever ever had! (Oh, and Daddy does a humorously bad Guy Fieri impersonation, too.)
