I haven’t been around the past 107 days so I was about to ask why one would use a peel to place a pizza on another peel. But then I scrolled back to the full video demonstration of making a pie on Day 73 and I realized that there were not two peels but in fact *three,* which somehow makes total sense.
First one throw, second to pull, third to serve. The world seems a little less complicated now and I thank you for it.
