


This is my 2nd month making pizzas. First time using the Lloyd Hex Disc pizza screen. Baked in a 550F oven on a 3/8” 16” pizza steel. I baked it on the screen for 6m30s. Then finished directly on steel for 1m30s. I may go longer in the future. I don’t notice the pizza screen make that much of a difference in taste/texture. And it feels great knowing this tastes way better than my local spot here in Brooklyn.

Looks great! My oven only gets to 500 so I have to bake for 12 minutes. Did your mushroom get pre-cooked or were they topped raw?
