Third attempt at pizza night, how am I getting on?

Trying to get a weekly tradition going with the kids and Pizza Night on a Friday with a movie and setting up the cushions as a "cinema" has taken hold.

I can't seem to get the underneath to crisp up. Oven isn't great but we're trying (seems to max out at 240-250 Celsius (~480-500F) and I only have access to the perforated pizza trays). Grill is in a separate section of the oven and is broken on one side, so might not be able to use that if would have helped.

Recipe differs depending on when I prep it (adjusting the yeast slightly):

IngredientWeight
Flour1000 g
Water640 g
Salt20 g
Oil20 g
YeastSunday 1.6–1.8 g
YeastMonday 1.8–2.0 g
YeastTuesday 2.2–2.5 g
YeastWednesday 3.0–3.5

Looking for any tips and possible improvements to elevate these attempts. And if anyone's got any additional sides that they could recommend that are relatively easy and pair well with pizza?

I also only have a regular pan and an oven that goes up to 500 but this looks great. The crust really rose, I’ve been trying to get that. My crusts are more crunchy than bready.
