I have recently started a small fresh pasta business and sell frozen fresh pasta and sauces in my town, all handmade by me. The reactions have been overwhelmingly good and I sell them faster than I can make them. How do these ravioli look? Around 15g filling and 10g dough in each one, 205g total per portion (plus 105g sauce).
