Anyone else ever forget an important ingredient in their pizza? I could not for the life of me figure out why it tasted bland until my partner said it just needs salt lol
yeah, that’s why the general recommendation is not to bother experimenting with late addition of salt. Adding salt late at best makes a small difference, at worst you forgot the salt.
