The feeling is a mixture of whole milk mozzarella, Saint Angel, an egg, and a bit of milk.
Once it came out I mixed in for egg yolks and a tablespoon of butter.
Added some dollops of a fig orange peach spread, and finished with prosciutto.

Pic 2 – fresh out the oven without adding anything on top.
