A new Recipe I’m very close to because It’s my Grandma recipe and she used to make this all the time for Carnival (which is now is february!). But I do know in naples is typical for Christmas, so anytime of the year you wanna make them this is always delicious!
INGREDIENTS:
-5 eggs
-zest of 1 lemon
-pinch of salt
-1 espresso cup of anisette
– a total of more or less 3 cups of all purpose flour (depending on how big your eggs are, and how much flour they’ll absorb) (350 gr)
-1 cup of honey (400 gr)
-1/2 bar of dark chocolate (50 gr)
-3 spoons of sugar
