    I could have maybe gone a little longer for the cheese in too, but I was pretty happy with it.

    The dough was a recipe from Scarr’s Pizza cookbook. The dough ball was 360 g with a 3 day CF. I par baked for 10 min at 500.

    I added sliced mozzarella, then sauce, sausage, jalapeños and some additional crumbled grande mozzarella. Baked for 15 min. at 500.
