Ingredients.
• 8 g (2½ tsp) powdered gelatin.
• 50 ml (3 tbsp) water.
• 250 ml (1 cup) heavy cream.
• 125 ml (½ cup) whole milk.
• 50 g (¼ cup) sugar.
• 8 g (2 tsp) vanilla sugar or 1 tsp vanilla extract.
• Blueberries or mixed berries.
Optional clear jelly topping:
• 1 packet (9 g) clear jelly mix.
• 2 tbsp sugar.
• 250 ml (1 cup) water.
Recipe.
1. Soak the gelatin in water and let bloom for 5–10 minutes.
2. Heat heavy cream, milk, sugar, and vanilla in a saucepan until just boiling. Remove from heat.
3. Stir in bloomed gelatin until fully dissolved.
4. Pour into cups and refrigerate at least 4 hours until set.
5. Top with berries.
Optional: prepare clear jelly and pour over berries for a glossy finish. Chill again until firm.
