I precooked the sausage for less time and adjusted the top temp for better color on top. Tiny spot by the door didn’t get as much color as I would have liked, but that’s fixed by rotation the pizza half way through. 700 on bottom 750 on top cooked for 5 minutes, preheat took like 16-18 minutes. Came out delicious.

    Nice improvement. Pizza looks awesome.

    I quite like putting the sausage on raw, but ripped into thin enough shreds that it cooks through okay.

    This is easily my most preferred doneness. Well done! I’d love to follow your pizza journey but you are hiding all of your posts if you didn’t know! Would love to see a straight cheese pie with this doneness but I’ll never know cus you’re hiding them!

    The sausage is good, the crust a bit over cooked. But much better. Enjoy it!
