Got a baking steel for Christmas after getting a spark to make homemade pies. It started out rough as my first pizza ended up turning into a calzone, second attempt was a bit better but was an oblong shape. My third thru fifth attempt I’ve been very happy with. Still learning and experimenting but loving the journey!
